Media Release & Portfolio Usage
Effective: March 6, 2026
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients grant JBC Productions Creative House permission to use photographs, video footage, and media created during projects for portfolio, promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
Media may appear on the JBC website, social media platforms, promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and portfolio presentations.
If a client requires privacy restrictions or confidentiality regarding certain media, those requests must be communicated in writing prior to the completion of the project.
